Organizational, Management, and Control Model

This document illustrates the Organizational, Management, and Control Model adopted by our company in compliance with Legislative Decree of 8 June 2001, No. 231. 231. This decree introduced into the Italian legal system an administrative liability regime for entities in relation to offenses committed in their interest or to their advantage by individuals who hold representative, administrative, or managerial roles within the entity itself, or by individuals under their direction or supervision.

Ethics, Legality, and Transparency

The adoption and effective implementation of an Organizational, Management, and Control Model capable of preventing the offenses covered by the decree represents not only a regulatory requirement but also an opportunity to improve the company’s governance system and promote a culture based on ethics, legality, and transparency.

Our Model

Our Model has been developed taking into account the specific characteristics of our organization, the activities we carry out, and the potential risks associated with them. It consists of a general section, which describes the principles and objectives of the Model, and special sections dedicated to the various types of offenses considered relevant to our company.

Through the implementation of this Model, we commit to:

Identify risk areas and sensitive activities
Define control protocols and procedures
Establish an independent Supervisory Body
Establish a disciplinary system to sanction violations of the Model
Provide training and information to all employees and collaborators

This Model represents a fundamental element of our corporate policy and reflects our ongoing commitment to integrity and corporate social responsibility.
